How we work

Flexible work for video therapists

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for exceptional mental health clinicians to deliver video sessions to our patients on a self employed basis. We offer competitive session rate: 50 minute video sessions are paid at a rate of £50 per session. At ieso, as a self-employed worker, you can manage your own time and caseload, and treat patients online at times that work for you both. Our clinical research and digital tools will help you become the best clinician you can be. So as your patients get better, so do your skills.

How you’ll make a difference

At ieso, we’re uncovering more about mental health by developing a greater understanding of what works in therapy. Using data as our guide, we see patterns to help make smarter decisions at important points in diagnosis, treatment and prevention. And we share these insights with our clinicians to help them deliver better therapy. Ieso practitioners are part of a much bigger picture, each session data to build our collective understanding of effective mental healthcare.
