Charlotte brings a decade of experience of building successful teams in growing life-sciences and healthcare organisations.

Charlotte joined ieso in 2019 from Cambridge Cognition, a technology company focused on brain health. During her time there, she led product management and the global sales team to achieve growth.

She holds a Doctorate in Cognitive Neuroscience from Cambridge University, reflecting her commitment to improving the quality and access to mental health treatments. And she has co-authored 15 peer-reviewed publications.
