Richard is an experienced entrepreneur and venture capital investor. As Chief Portfolio Officer for Molten Ventures he has responsibility across the firm’s portfolio of investments and in addition he continues to lead the EIS and VCT team. Richard holds current board positions with ieso and Apperio, and previously with Bright Computing (acquired by Nvidia), SportPursuit (majority investment by BD Capital), Greenpeak (acquired by Qorvo), Polatis (acquired by Huber+Suhner), Garlik (acquired by Experian) and Psytechnics (acquired by Netscout). He is an Engineering graduate of Cambridge University where he also received his PhD. Richard holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, where he was a Sainsbury Management Fellow.
