As our EVP of Clinical, Stephen makes sure we deliver world-class mental health treatments and products. He holds ieso to account in its mission to put patients and their outcomes at the core of everything we do.

Before joining ieso in 2016, he held senior clinical leadership roles within the public healthcare sector, and he continues to hold his accreditation as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. This has enabled Stephen to combine his commercial, operational, and clinical expertise to improve mental health treatment pathways. For his work increasing patient access to evidence-based mental health treatments, he has been profiled by the NHS Leadership Academy.

He is currently completing an Executive MBA, building on his PGCert in Healthcare Leadership and MSc in Psychological Therapies Research.
